Frequently Asked Questions

Item Availability:

All of our creations are one-off items, one of a kind! It's first in first served, but if there is something that you like please email me and let me know.

Shipping:

We endeavour to ship all items as quickly as possible, usually the same day as we receive cleared payment. We use Australia Post, delivery times are as indicated by Australia Post guidelines. If you require your purchase to be shipped by Express Post please contact us for a postage price prior to finalising payment.

Should you require purchases to be shipped outside of Australia please email us for postage quotation.

If you have purchased one of our creations as a gift we are happy to post directly, please put the recipients name into special instructions/comments about your order. If we require any further instructions please email us the details.

Payment:

Payment is through PayPal. Follow the link from the checkout for processing payment. You will receive an email confirming that payment was successful. PayPal is recognized worldwide, it's fast, easy and secure.

You can also pay via direct deposit or send me a cheque or money order.

Returns:

We understand that sometimes purchases do not work out so we are happy to refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Postage charges are not refundable and return postage will be at the customers expense.

We are happy to answer any questions or provide any additional information about any of our creations prior to purchase.

Washing & Care:

All of our creations are handmade and we would suggest spot cleaning or dry cleaning to keep our designs in top shape. Please don't machine wash our designs.
